2019 Cabernet Sauvignon – Reserve – Napa Valley

Our flagship Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic representation of the appellation’s preeminent varietal. Notes of black cherry, blackberry and plum are complemented by hits of toasted oak, dried currant and baking spice. Fine-grained tannins and ample brightness on the palate give way to a polished mouthfeel and exceptionally long finish.

The Bear
2019 Red Wine – Napa Valley
The Greater Yellowstone ecosystem and northwest Montana are the only areas south of Canada that still have large Grizzly bear populations. Grizzly bears are considered a keystone species, meaning they are very important to the wildlife and environment. As an apex predator, they are at the top of the food chain and are not preyed on by any other animal. Humans are the biggest threat to the Grizzly bear, and this holds true both literally and metaphorically in season 1, episode 7, “A Monster Is Among Us,” when a Grizzly bear confronts a pair of tourists.
We introduce you to The Bear. This proprietary red blend – from our award-winning winemaker Todd Heth – exhibits dark blackberry, bing cherry, and plum notes perfectly into layers of coffee and tobacco. The finish is dry with long-lasting berry fruit. Silky but firm tannins, this wine is enjoyable now but has the ability to age well in the cellar.

Blanc de Noirs – Méthode Champenoise – Napa Valley

This premium sparkling wine – meticulously and artfully made in the traditional champagne method – rivals anything from the best Champagne houses in Épernay and Reims. This magnificent Napa Valley Blanc de Noirs, made of 100% Pinot Noir, exhibits beautiful brioche and a hint of berry with bright citrus in the aromas that follow through in the mouth with a smooth fine mousse. This wine finishes with refreshing, lingering light tropical flavors that beg for another sip.
