Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipping. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer available, and the sale is considered final.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final once an item is shipped. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any items once they have been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
Claims for items damaged during transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@winegiftshop.com with a photo of the damage and your order details. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement.
